The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties:
Schedule appointments and maintain customer records Create invoices and process customer payments Reconcile customer accounts Provide customer service as it relates to billing and payments Other duties and projects as assigned Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative Quick learner in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving and customer service skills Must be organized and accurate with attention to quality and detail Ability to work independently but also a team player Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products Experience with CRM's or dispatching software a plus Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
