Part Time Manager, Self Storage Facility

Our goal is to provide a great customer service experience to our clients while maintaining a top-notch facility.
Our work environment includes:
Flexible working hours On-the-job training Self-storage facility located near Six Flags Great Adventure and Jackson Premium Outlets is seeking a part-time facility manager.
Candidates must be available on the weekends, along with having some flexibility during the week.
Approximately 12 to 18 hours a week.
The business is locally owned and operated similar to a retail style business.
The part-time manager will be expected to assist customers in-person and over the phone.
He /she will need to ensure the facility and showroom is maintained well.
Additionally, the part-time manager will assist with marketing efforts.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent customer service Outgoing personality, demonstrate leadership qualities and professionalism Retail or sales experience is a plus Willingness to help with marketing efforts Ability to perform basic operational duties and light maintenance Ability to process payments and make collection calls on past due accounts Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) Flexible availability If you meet these requirements, we would like to hear from you!
