Requirements include:
Be courteous and friendly - peoples person Have a sense of style to be able to assist shoppers in selecting/styling the right clothes Ability to work well in fast paced environment, especially during busy seasons Styling abilities to rearrange the shop, unload and lay out new merchandise, basic styling for photographing new styles, etc Tech savvy - ability to utilize POS system for entering customers, managing inventory, as well as uploading images to Instagram when necessary Great communication skills - to be able to communicate well with customers in store and via phone/text as well as with employer on site and off site.
Must have prior expertise in sales and retail at boutique shop.
