Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The PT will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing rehabilitation services to help patients regain their physical abilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs. Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and exercises.
Qualifications:
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist. 1 year of experience in an SNF environment.
