Position Title:
Swimming Pool Service Technician & Liner Installer
Position Description:
Seasonal World is in search of an experienced service technician to perform the following job duties with respect to inground swimming pools. From pool openings, pool closings, equipment repairs, heater/heat pump troubleshooting, weekly route maintenance, liner replacements and other various service related matters for the specified swimming pools.
Required Position
Qualifications:
- History of successful experiences with diagnostics and troubleshooting issues with swimming pool related equipment.
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs for various types of swimming pool related service issues.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment throughout work areas.
-Ability to legibly and accurately document all work completed according to Seasonal World's policies.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relations to ensure excellent customer service and enhance Seasonal World's image.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- High customer service skills.
- Ability to work with chemicals such as: PVC solvents, chlorine, other pool chemicals, etc.
Position Compensation:
Service Technician will be paid an hourly rate based on level of experience. In addition Seasonal World offers commissions based on sales of specific parts, whole goods, and labor. Seasonal World also offers a bonus structure based on performance.
