Job Summary:SGS Harrison Research Laboratory performs a full range of safety, efficacy and claim substantiation testing of cosmetics, toiletries and topically-applied pharmaceuticals on human subjects. It is the Quality Assurance / Report Writer's role to oversee all report writing and reviewing of paperwork for the projects (s)he is supporting. The individual will prepare protocols, SOP s, correspondence, tables, reports and other documents as needed. The QA / Report Writer will proofread and check all written material for accuracy, completeness and make sure that information is presented in a logical, easy to understand format.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare protocols and SOP s
  • Perform side-by-side comparison of both handwritten and digital material to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure changes are made accurately and documented appropriately
  • Identify where information is missing
  • Review and proofread data forms, tables and reports
  • Perform standard calculations and ensure correctness
  • Flag inconsistencies
Educational, Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Minimum of Associates Degree preferred or commensurate experience
  • Minimum 5 years Quality Assurance / Report Writing and Reviewing experience
  • Laboratory Technician or Medical Technician background a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to remain focused when tasks are repetitive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized with sense of responsibility for project and time management
  • Necessary to complete assigned projects on time and follow through with supervisor when necessary
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities through effective resource management
  • Must have a sense of urgency

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
