Senior HR Recruiter - Fairfield, NJ

Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for administering the full life-cycle of recruitment functions from beginning to end. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm and proactive sourcing skills to the role. This position supports all business lines within SGS CRS, USA operations. This position will also provide support and assistance to the Human Resources department on projects outside of the area of recruitment as needed.
Specifically These Responsibilities Are To:
Ensure implementation of the standardized process for recruiting.
Obtain proper authorization to begin recruitment through the Recruitment process.
Develop and maintain interview guides and establish a process for pre-employment testing.
Identify current and prospective vacancies.
Advertise job vacancies, screen applications, recruit candidates, and select external candidates, in consultation with hiring managers.
Manage the internal job posting process and participate in the selection and reassignment of employees internally.
Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions for coop/intern and other hiring programs.
Notify applicants of results during application process.
Confirm the references of selected applicants.
Advise and train managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Prepare job offers for presentation to candidates.
Maintain database of employees and ensure that all personal files are up to date.
Operate and manage through ATS (Applicants Tracking System) for recruitment and hiring
May be assigned special or ad-hoc projects, periodically.
University graduate or equivalent educational background
5+ years of recruiting experience in multinational organization desired
Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage
Provide assistance to Hiring Organization by strategizing with hiring managers and proactively discussing potential hiring requirements.
Support Hiring Managers by identifying and understanding the current market conditions and work to align the sourcing activities.
Work in tandem with the HR Business Partners to align salary, promotions and other HR activities.
Previous experience using Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems will ensure efficient management of databases (ex. Taleo, BrassRing)
Proficient in using various type of computer software to effectively provide reporting.
Fully familiar with HR tools and techniques (recruitment & selection, orientation, performance management, career planning, employee relations, etc) and their implementation to enhance the leadership capabilities of the business.
The ability to prioritize and time manage various activities daily (e. g, Sourcing, Hiring Manager Intake and HR administration), as well as the ability to multi-task in certain situations.
The ability to follow recruitment strategy and align responses from all involved to ensure the appropriate candidates are hired to successfully complete the business requirements.
Proactive approach to implementing and customizing strategic recruiting solutions
Strategic perspective; ability to communicate with internal and client senior level management
Creative thinking skills to allow development of innovative solutions to solve customer requirements
Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills to be able to identify trends in client market and SGS services
Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
