Senior HR Manager

Senior HR Manager Our client is an industry leader of innovative healthcare information technology and solutions. They are seeking to hire a Senior HR Manager to provide consultative support to senior leaders on all aspects of the hiring process. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for building effective internal client relationships and management of manager's expectations related to current and strategic future acquisition of necessary talent and capability. Responsibilities: Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; establishing objectives in line with organization Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. Manages human resources operations by recruiting, managing a team, maintaining compensation, accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Ability to travel within NJ offices and limited out of state travel (1x/month) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's degreepreferred PHR/SPHR certification a plus Human Resources experience in a pharmaceutical setting strongly preferred Min. 7-10 years of Human Resources experience in multiple areas; Labor relations, budget preparation, affirmative action and payroll, benefits/compensationexperiencepreferred Previous experience in employee relations, call center recruitment, regulatory compliance and human resources operations required Experience working with unions or union avoidance a plus Excellent written and verbal communication, project management and analytical skills required Knowledge of labor, EEOC and other related laws required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
